REFUND POLICY

EVERY PIECE IS MADE FOR YOU.

Remnant Saint products are made to order. When you place your order, that piece is produced specifically for you. We don't hold inventory. We don't pull from a shelf. Your order is built when you place it.

This means all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference, or change of mind. Read the size guide before you order. Know what you're buying. Own your decision.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to. We expect the same from you.


IF SOMETHING IS WRONG — WE MAKE IT RIGHT.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — that is on us and we will fix it. No argument. No runaround.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at: shop@remnantsaint.com

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

To be eligible your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.


WHAT WE DO NOT COVER.

We will not process returns or refunds for:

  • Made-to-order items without a verified defect or fulfillment error
  • Wrong size selected at checkout
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

This is not a policy designed to protect us from you. It is a policy that keeps the brand operating so we can keep building product worth wearing. We are a small operation. We build intentionally. We ask you to buy intentionally.


HOW REFUNDS WORK.

If a refund is approved, we will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and confirmed. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account. That timeline is outside our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it posted, contact us at:
