Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY


BUILT FOR YOU. NOT SITTING ON A SHELF.

Every Remnant Saint product is made to order. Nothing is pre-built. Nothing is pulled from inventory. When you place your order, production begins. That is how we maintain the standard.

This means there is a production window before your order ships. Plan accordingly.


PRODUCTION TIME

Allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

We do not rush production. Quality is the standard. Every piece is inspected before it leaves.


SHIPPING — UNITED STATES

Once your order ships, delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard: 3–6 business days after production
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after production
  • Overnight: 1 business day after production where available

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.


SHIPPING — INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days after production depending on destination and customs processing
  • Tariffs and taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our shipping fees and are not something we control.

If you are unsure about import costs in your country, check with your local customs authority before ordering.


TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use it. Monitor your delivery. If something looks wrong with your tracking, contact us before it becomes a problem.


WHAT WE DO NOT CONTROL.

We build the product. We pack it right. We ship it out.

What happens after it leaves our hands is on the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Customs clearance delays on international orders
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date at:

We will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do everything in our power to help you resolve it.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, photograph the damage immediately — box, packaging, and product — and contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will file a carrier claim and make it right.
