Welcome to Remnant Saint. By using remnantsaint.com (the "Site") or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. Read them. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. WHO WE ARE

Remnant Saint is an apparel brand operating remnantsaint.com. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Remnant Saint. References to "you" and "your" mean anyone using the Site or buying from us.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this Site or make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Every Remnant Saint piece is made to order. Production typically begins within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or violate these terms.

Product images on the Site are representative. Slight variations in color, print placement, and finish can occur in made-to-order apparel and are not considered defects.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Pricing errors will be corrected and we may cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. SHIPPING

Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after that. International delivery times vary by destination and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss passes to you once the package leaves our facility. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site — including designs, graphics, photography, text, logos, and the Remnant Saint name — is owned by Remnant Saint or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Buying a Remnant Saint product gives you the right to wear and enjoy it. It does not transfer any ownership of the design or brand.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security
- Post or transmit any harmful, harassing, or unlawful content through any feature we make available
- Use any automated tool to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

9. ACCESSIBILITY

We believe everyone should be able to access and use our Site. We work to follow current web accessibility best practices and continue to make improvements over time.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
